3. User Responsibilities

The information and documentation you provide are accurate and complete.

You understand that our services depend on the accuracy of the data you provide.

You agree not to misuse our services for fraudulent claims, falsified documentation, or misleading representations to insurers or other parties.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Delivery

All purchases are final once work has begun on your review, consultation, or report.
Refunds are available only if EstiVerify has not yet started your file or if the wrong service was purchased by mistake.

Delivery times stated (typically 1–2 business days) are estimates and may vary based on complexity or documentation issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstiVerify, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
